Can I start for free?+−
Yes. Every new facility gets 30 days of Growth free, with no credit card required. When the trial ends you stay on Starter, which is free for good: you get 2 shift posts a month, 2 team members, and access to all core features.
How much do the paid plans cost?+−
Growth is N$299/month and Business is N$699/month. Choose annual billing on either plan to save 25%. Enterprise starts at N$2500/month.
When am I billed?+−
Growth and Business plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle - monthly or annually, depending on the option you choose. Annual billing saves you 25%.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+−
Yes. You can upgrade to Growth or Business at any time from your subscription settings. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed the Starter limits?+−
You will be prompted to upgrade if you try to post more than 2 active shifts or add more than 2 team members. Your existing data is always safe.
Do professionals pay anything?+−
No. Professionals use Locum completely free - browsing shifts, applying, managing timesheets, and downloading payslips. All costs are borne by facilities.
What payment methods are accepted?+−
Billing is handled through Dodo Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards.
