Healthcare facilities struggle to find qualified professionals at short notice. Locum professionals have no reliable way to discover shifts, track their hours, or get paid on time. Both sides deserve better tooling.
We started with Namibia because it is our home market - but the problem is regional. Locum is built from the start to scale across borders.
